Obscure Saturn game: Winning Post, anyone ever heard of it?

Post by Scooter »

While browsing through a used game store today I saw a decent copy of the Saturn game Winning Post. It is apparently about horse racing. Just like a car racing game with a career mode, you buy and sell your horses, prep them and bet on, or against, them. It looks like a fairly obscure title and it was pricey at $40.

Has anyone heard of it or had an experience playing it? I couldn't find any reviews of it.
Ow! My small intestine!

Yeah....doesn't look like a real winner in my book...but it's one of the rarest US Saturn games.

Don't let the rarity entice you, man. That game is a dollar a dozen over here. Besides, if anything is gonna entice you, it should be those stellar graphics.

From what I've heard $40 is a very reasonable price. Enough so anyways that you could try the game out and if you found it not worth the $40 then you could simply resell it at cost or profit.
