I would say Voodoo Vince first. That game is really well made... and then Quantum Redshift for racing fans. Two very fun (and cheap) games!

In addition to Voodoo Vince, the
Blinx series mentioned in the video is also a good 3d platformer. There is a magazine demo version of Blinx that lets you right away play one of the other characters, offering a different style of game play. I have yet to unlock that in either full game, maybe the demo version was a beta that did not make the final cut? Perhaps another source of exclusives on some of the Xbox Magazine demo discs?
MechAssault 2: Lone Wolf is also available in a Limited Edition. An extra disc with making of footage and two new maps though only for online multi player.
