Day 4: Cardio Recovery

As the name suggests, not as full on today, mainly stretching and balancing exercises. Nearly fell over twice! Still sweating my balls off but a welcome break nonetheless, feel good! Tomorrow is Pure Cardio, sounds like a nightmare. Looking forward to it.

Good luck with the insanity, but if you end up quitting I can't recommend running combined with a low-calorie diet for weight loss enough. If your end goal really is to look better naked and nothing else.

Cheers man. I used to do a fair bit of running, but it's recently got really cold here and the N64 style pollution has come back after about a month of awesome weather, so would rather do some indoor training.

Damn dude, keep up the hard work. My best friend did the insanity program along with a fairly strict diet (portion control, smoothies, etc) and it changed his whole life. I think he went from chunky 230 to a fit 165 now in about an year and a half. So I know for a fact Insanity works.

Thanks 8bit, the motivation from everyone really helps a lot!

Day 6: Plyometric Cardio Circuit

A vast improvement from day 2 already, but still finding it hard to keep up during the last section with the level 1 drills and ski abs.

Rest tomorrow. No joke, it's in the schedule. Gonna play Donpachi instead.

Day 8: Cardio Power & Resistance

Got a pain in the middle left of my back at the last set of the before last section. Not sure if it was a stitch or a trapped nerve. Sat out that set and breathed deeply and the pain went away. Other than that, good workout.

Again, thanks to everyone's encouragement. This morning I woke up feeling a bit down in the dumps and felt like giving up, but realising that my RB rep is at stake decided to push through. So glad that I did, in a much better mood now and feeling like working hard at something productive for the rest of the day.

Always been a "do the minimum required to get by" kind of guy. Really feel, however, that doing your best at everything, regardless of how successful you are, is the key to feeling good about yourself and gaining confidence. Everybody push for the burn and do your best.

You are beautiful, you are amazing, and you need to get off your arse and work it, bitch!
