That thread is no longer accurate. Posts were pulled, painting the interaction in a different light. Not sure why that happened, but whatever.
Snipping out more than 10 posts gets funky...at least for me. I missed a couple. There were like 67 posts in a couple hour span.

One post in particular was still in the "snip" when it was originally archived, unless I'm mistaken. It is certainly gone from both that thread and the original. Oh well, water under the bridge, time to move on.

So apparently that Disney movies anywhere thing if you connect it to itunes, google play or vudu(or all three if you wanted to) gives you wreck it ralph free. Not to mention any movie registered with DMA pops up in those services(including the wreck it ralph....). Now if only some of the older movies I have, gave out the digital copy when registering them(looking at you cars 2 and a few others  )

Not sure if I want a regular iPhone 6 or the 6 Plus.

On the one hand, I will be playing games, watching movies, and the battery life is significantly better on the Plus (not to mention that 1920x1080 display).

On the other hand, carrying around a device that big all the time might get a bit annoying. It's a fair bit thinner than the Vita but I don't particularly like hauling that around and they are just about the same footprint. It also costs $100 more than the standard one.

Even the 6 is too large, I think. I usually upgrade every two years when I am eligible, but this time I stuck with my 5 which runs everything great and isn't ginormous.

I really hope they offer a more regular sized phone again with the next set of releases next year. I'd love to have the extra oomph of the 6 in something much closer to the size of the 5. This big phone trend irritates the shit out of me.

Pretty sure the class I'm taking next semester doesn't require a textbook. Which is awesome. Saves me $150 or so.

Though according to the UMA website I need "No Text Required 1st Edition".

Probably a drop down on the class requirements web form with no blank option.

Ya know, if you had asked me a year ago I would totally agree that they're too big. However, I've noticed myself thinking while using my Lumia (4" screen) "Man, I wish this were bigger" and the iPad is a nuisance to carry around.

I think, as a phone and just a phone then both are too big. These aren't just phones though, and as multi-media devices with phone capabilities the 4.7" and 5.5" screen sizes are probably good sizes for a lot of people.
