Anyone have any experience repairing toploader NES's? I bought one from my Play and Trade, knowing that it only works sometimes (need to completely clean the cartridge slot), but it was only $10 and is great cosmetic condition. But the owner happens to have another in stock that is in worse condition - will probably need the slot replace ,that he may sell to me for cheaper. Anyone know if it is possible to replace the slot? I searched alittle for this information, but was still at work and could not find all that much.
I figured I might aswell ask yall just incase someone has experience with it before I take the plunge of time for a proper search. Thank you.

Re: Top loader NES repair experience
Righto, well I got mine working fine - and I may just buy the other one and see if I can fix it. If not it may get a pico itx board and some nes controller converters built into it...

I've got a front-loader NES and a top-loader Famicom. The NES carts look huge in the US top-loader... O_o
