Congrats on beating PSII MrPopo, got to love that final boss battle with crazy palette swapping. I think you should not skip part III. Yeah it's not up to par with the rest of the series, but it has its charms, and it's not a long game. Plus it will make the next game in the series seem all the more amazing. Because if you've never played Phantasy Star IV, you're in for one helluva treat.

I'm still playing Dragon Quest VIII, got 22 hours in thus far. I'm at the part where I just secured the moon harp to give to mister magic whatshisface so he can liberate our ship from its desert resting place. I'm still strongly enjoying this game, although I do hope it gets to be more challenging. DQ VIII has been a total cakewalk so far.

I am about 1/2 way through the PSP Lunar remake after completing the GBA version, but I think I'm about to get a little side tracked....

I just started Dragon Quest 8 last night on my PS2, god damn does this game look friggin beautiful, the music is incredible, voice acting is some of the best for a JRPG english dub and the game play is just so damn relaxing. Why the heck are we waiting for the Dragon Quest 7 remake to come to the US, I want Dragon Quest 8 remade for the 3DS or Vita dammit.
