Ecco the Dolphin and Ecco: Tides of Time also have really cool music and sound effects.

Agreed, especially on Tides of Time. I really like the music in that game. I prefer the original tunes to their Sega CD renditions.

I have the Ecco "trilogy" on Genesis. Damn these games are hard.

Hobie thank goodness I never found any speakers. I'm playing the genesis with the headphones and the bass on freaking batman and robin omg what have I been missing.

I don't have any ecco games. I can get them all for 3.00 a piece and there so common at my retro store

Snap 'em up, they're great games. Very unique.

Also very difficult, so keep that in mind.

Man I think I see why these older games are supposed to come with manuals..... just popped gadget twins in and after 5 minutes still have no idea what I'm doing and I'm getting slaughtered :lol:
