My favorite would be the punisher, childhood money well spend on that machine.

MOVE THIS TO THE UNPOPULAR GAMING OPINIONS THREAD, STAT!BoneSnapDeez wrote:Outside of the medieval / D&D games I don't think I enjoy Capcom beat 'em ups at all. Just played some Captain Commando and almost fell asleep.
Because that sure is one.
I just played Captain Commando today. Not boring.
You really need to find/play Battle Circuit any of the games on mjmjr's handy list and I will also add King of Dragons. That Those right there will change your Capcom beat em up mind.
Powered Gear is known here as Armored Warriors, BTW.

Oh I was counting Knights and King among the ones I like.
To be fair, I haven't played many of the ones mentioned. I just know that the Final Fight games and Captain Commando bore me to tears. Hate the goofy art style of Captain Commando too.

Battle Circuit is my fav Beat 'Em Up of all time. Cad&Dinos and Powered Gear are damn good too.
Re: Random Gaming Thoughts
Now I think i'm feeling even more ashamed of what little games I do have from the nes-n64 cartridge era. I just realized that even with the games I have on the way my whole cartridge selection barely fills up one shelf of it. Yet everything ps1-4, gamecube, wii and wii u fills up almost 2 and 1/4 shelfs of my new bookcase
Guess I know what I'm focusing on for quite awhile if I can help it.....
My gameroom

Dude, there are no quotas to meet for number of games from any given generation.
And while we're at it, there are no prerequisite games that you must own or play.
Play what you like and don't worry about it.
