Well, Contra Hard Corps is so hard it's pretty much endless

not if you play the superior Japanese rom where you get 3 hits before you die, not sure why they thought the game needed to be harder when they brought it to the US, usually its the other way around

That is precisely why I chose it. If it was the only Genesis game I could ever play, I might, one day, get through all of its branching paths without save states.

Is a multi-cart fair game? I'd go with the 6 Pak for variety. But stand alone, since it doesn't work for DOS anymore and it's my favorite early RTS from Westwood -- DUNE. It has like 3 games in one between the different houses you can play as so it's not short and shows variety.

Yes Tetris for Mega Drive exists, but good luck getting one without selling a kidney unless you're going to find a bootleg.
