What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?

Ok just wondering why does this thread constantly turn into a political debate either every other day or every other week? (I've noticed it happens a lot lately for some odd reason )

Because this thread should be renamed to the, "What ticked you off today?" thread.

Hey Darsparx, I know your avatar is from Kingdom Hearts. What about Kingdom Hearts makes you smile?

The gameplay and story for all that i have played(which is several chapters of 1 and chain of memories) though sadly I've never beaten it(though 1, 2, chain of memories(sadly I think I own both the gba version and ps2 ) birth by sleep(I think?), and re:coded are sitting on my shelf...(after I beat lunar I may have to get to that...)

And sadly I can't agree more with name change, that's what it is most of the time now a days(it seemed more light hearted when I joined in this thread what with luke's jokes and everything and a few other people)

If liking chocolate ice cream or not was the extent to what made us smile or ticked us off I doubt it would get political.

That'd be a boring thread, since everyone knows chocolate ice cream is the best kind.

Finish your games ya silly ol' bear! It's ok, sometimes people are a bit more stressed during the holiday season and things seem a bit more negative than normal! Fear not, however, as I have not given up on the fight of positivity on the internet!!!!

Also yeah that's been a bad habit of mine since I was little(I dont' know why I start a ton of games but never finish them, sadly I can count the games I've actually "beaten" on 1 hand maybe 2....sad and ticked at myself )

No I think it's the fact i have IGS(aka Incomplete game syndrome), so many good games so little time (at least in lunar I'm at the cave of trials....it's just whooping my tail right now)

I'm noticing that most of those "regrets" aren't actions, but inactions.

Might be worth thinking about.

At the time though, I always had a reason why these thing didn't play out. The reasons made sense at the time, but now I'm not so sure.

I didn't do sport because I have asthma, and it was bad when I was kid. Asthma attacks two or three times a week. As I grew up its lessened, but I still get them if I get too winded or too pissed off/stressed. Just look at how much came from that single action though, that single choice. How am I ever to be sure that taking action is good? The few times I fought for myself always went bad. I was so sure of what car I got- until I had to deal with the hate that came with it. For the time I was smoking, I was completely fine with the decision, since I thought maybe be edgy or some shit like that might help with a trashy girl I was into at the time. I let my hair grow out because I like it long- but nobody else I know likes my hair. Not my friends, not my family, not any girls I take interest in. Have I picked good friends in my life? Well I'm questioning that now. I know of at least one I dropped in the last year because he wasn't good to have around, and that's caused issues with other friends, because he is in integral part of their circle. Was I wrong to not like him for the things he did? Am I doing something wrong by losing those friends connected to him?

I just don't know what to think.

Thanks for the good vibes regarding my work woes, everyone. It really does make me feel a bit better.... And the tree complements make me feel a lot better My only regret there is not being able to find another strand of dark blue beads to go with it
