I just want to pick up the arcade ports but for now I'm trying to get my grind stormer fixed.
Its crazy in the last 3-4 weeks I got this for the Genesis
Model 3 genesis.
Arcus Odyssey
Master of monsters
Taz mania
Splatterhouse 2
Grind stormer ( hope to get it fixed by my buddy)
Mutant league hockey
Streets of rage 3
I'm going nuts here. Lol my buddy at work was asking me when am I going sell my nes games and system to get musha and crusader of centy.

Hope you are able to get your Grind Stormer fixed Mas, its a damn fun shooter. I ended up going with a repro, just too worried about getting a dead cart, which seems to common with that game.

Also, Hard Corp is great. Spoilered for brevity
And when I say great, I mean HOLY SHIT, HARD CORP INDEED. Not only does the game showcase what the Genesis is truly capable of, but it does so without damaging its tight gameplay whatsoever, and the showcases themselves never feel like shoe-ins. I really love the focus on mini-boss esk rushes over mowing useless mobs over. Having all guns at the ready Thunder Force-style is sweet, and the multiple characters and routes have me coming back just about every day since I bought the game.

Just stage one alone... blowing up an oil tanker, fighting a weird spinner robot mini-boss that catches on fire before knocking a fucking 5+ story building over, only for you to climb atop for your first view of the city... which is on fire. Not badass enough? Well here is a giant robot walking along the city line shooting lasers out his eyes before jumping into the foreground to combat you! AND THATS NOT EVEN THE BOSS! The best part is that none of this is interrupted by hallways of duds, its just one action-packed moment after the other.

Definitely a staple for the console. As much as I enjoy the original Contra and Alien Wars, this one stands above them for me.

Yeah he's working on it right now. The girl on eBay who sold it to me says it worked fine for them. I call bluff. I have contra also and yeah its hard and incredible.

The biggest problem with Contra Hard Corps/Spirits is that the sound effects and many of the music instruments and sounds are really low quality and garbled. Like the music for stage 2 where you hear that digitized "overdrive" voice sample. REALLY low quality.

Otherwise the game is awesome. And Hard Corps is much harder that the Japanese Spirits release.

I gotta ask for $26 did I get a good deal on these Greendog Beached Surfer Dude, Tiny Toon Adventures ACME All-Stars, Tinhead, Comix Zone, Desert Demolition, and Gadget Twins ? I've been looking to get into genesis especially since that slot on the r5 has been unused so far(I swear I've heard you guys talk about a few of them and thought I'd give some of them a go) and want to put it to some use once I rehook it up back at home(haven't rehooked it up since rearranging my room... )
My gameroom
My systems: NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Wii, original gba, gba sp(001), ds lite, 3ds, vita, psp, PSone(101 model) ps2, ps3(320gb model), ps4, retron 5, and Dreamcast.

I love Comix Zone, a fantastic beat-em up for sure. I played the heck out of that one and still love it to this day. I say the deal was good too. Almost the price of renting them back in the day but......You can keep them.

And that music! I can listen to Comix Zone on my stereo all night and wonder how they fit that into a cartridge.

Has anyone ever beaten Comix Zone? HOW! That game was so brutal. I think I could always get to stage 4 or something.
