STEAM co-op puzzle game recommendations

Please post suggestions and explain why they fit the criteria:

- Must be on STEAM
- Must be a puzzle game that MULTIPLE (3 or more) people can assist with
- Must be more puzzle solving than hidden object

My family is very into point and click puzzle solving adventures.

We enjoyed Safe Cracker and Broken Sword on Wii and Myst on PC. So we are looking for things like that.

We somewhat like Malgrave Incident, but the hidden object is too much of the gameplay - would much rather have the puzzle aspects.

Wish it was on steam, but it IS free and that is Myst Online: URU Live. MMO Myst game that is personally the best in the entire series. For me it was one of the biggest tragedies in game history as its original vision was never met due to conflicts with the publisher Ubisoft.

It is in third person and you explore the city of D'ni and many of the connected Ages as yous olve puzzles and learn more about the civilization. It is great!

Cool, cool - will buy and start to play the Monkey Island game(s) tonight.

I have not played "The Room", i've played "Rooms: The Main Building" which I think must be different.

The Myst game, B will have to tell me if I can play that on my setup - but sounds interesting for sure.

you should check out The Room then. It's $5. It has gotten really good reviews as being sort of the game that you always wished Myst to be.

The only co-op puzzle game I can think of on Steam is Portal 2. Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes has competitive multiplayer. Both of those games are great.

It sounds like you want point & click adventure games though from the examples you gave. What is it that you are actually looking for?
