First of all I hate leaving negative feedback,it's worse in this case since I have dealt with him a few other times and have had good transactions.
We made a deal on a JVC X eye system with some various games he had, since I have traded in the past with him I felt pretty good about it. (3DO Jag CD CDI) We come to a trade on Nov 11th one of the games I'm sending is Dragon Age on PS4 that came out on Nov 18th so we wait a bit to complete the transaction. I ship DA on Nov 20th and leave tracking in his inbox. He sends me a couple msgs saying he is waiting on money to ship it and plans to have it out Nov 25th. The 25th comes around and he happens to have an Atari 5200 which I badly want so we do some more dealing he claims the X eye has already been shipped by his sister. I wait for tracking on the X eye and hear nothing we finish up the trade with the Atari and I haven't received tracking yet so I ask again and on Nov 29th he says his mom shipped it and the Atari will be going out Monday. (Dec1st) Dec 2nd comes around I ask again for tracking and if the Atari shipped out,he says it did ship out but he doesn't have the tracking on him but not to worry it's insured. By now I'm a little worried on the X eye since he lives in VA and I live in ME it should only take a couple days to show up but it is that time of year so I wait. Dec 3rd he writes to tell me his mother shipped both the X eye and the 5200 in one big box and gives me tracking,even though he lied about shipping it sooner I'm happy to see a tracking #! I receive the box today and the Atari is missing both covers on the top of the system plus the controller leans left and the AC jack is so loose if you touch the system it turns off. The X eye boot ups but won't spin a disc looks like something isn't lined up but holding the door sensor I can see the motor spin so there is hope. (disc is not sitting flush on the spindle) I stay calm and write to him letting him know what has happened and told him I didn't want to send either unit back(even though the Atari looks like it came from the dump) and was hoping for some kind of resolution this is what he writes
"They were working when I had them, but I do understand your frusturation with this, and your need to leave negative feedback. I won't stop you from doing this, but I will swear they were working fine when I had them."
With a reply like this I'm positive this is bs, I know if someone had major issues like that I would want to help.
If any mods want to go over anything to ensure this is a legit negative I'll be happy to share PMs or whatever is needed.

I won't deny that I said that, because I did, but I haven't been thinking straight lately. If I was, I would've offered to make it right then and there, and I would love to make this right, believe me. Just tell me what you want me to do.
+1 Mjmjr25. Just...wow, dude. I bought a game from him and when I mentioned it was a gift for my step daughter, he sneakily sent a copy in better condition than advertised with fantastic shipping. You are an awesome person, sir.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
@goat - looks like Redd is going work with you now. Feel free to keep us posted if there is further resolution. I would leave the post as it is since regardless of further resolution - there are some things there that are concerning and should still be known and available (ie, saying it shipped when it obviously hadn't, etc).
