Thanks to Moz: Puzzle Quest

Post by Scooter »

I think it was your comments that I read that convinced me to get Puzzle Quest for my PSP. I am LOVING this game even though I pretty much suck at the game I'm having fun. Note to self though: don't try to play when tired or sleepy, just a good way to get owned by the AI.

For quite a while I looked for a good used copy and balked at buying a used game for $30+ (the going local rate apparently) so when I saw a new copy at Best Buy in the bargain bin for $15 I couldn't buy it fast enough.

Overall, this site has led me to any number of new great game experiences, so thanks one and all.
Ow! My small intestine!

Where did I praise it again? I remember getting bored with it near the end and not much else. :(

I liked it. It does get a bit tedious at the end when you have to cross the whole fucking map and threw all kindsa monsters that you've beat a million times before just to get to your quest.

A new game from the same company is about to come out too. i'm looking forward to it.

I love it on XBLA. I have sort of lost interest over time and I probably won't finish it but I definitely recommend it. My wife was addicted for a few weeks.

I actually just bought a second 360 really cheap to use the Netflix streaming video in my office. So I have been playing all the old arcade ports, etc. up there on my 32" CRT and all the HD widescreen stuff down on my big TV.

I never got into it, it was slow and turn based and when I think puzzle games I like speed and dropping blocks (Lumines/Tetris)
