That's just optional post game stuff that doesn't matter to me. I beat the Yggdrasil Core and saw the credits, that's good enough. Remember that in beating the story mode I did some things one would not have done in the original EO. That means finishing up an exclusive stratum (Gladsheim ruins) and all five of its unique bosses; Coeurl, Queen Bee, Gudanna, Gimle, and M.I.K.E. Lastly I did not have the benefit of the original EO's broken immunize making the game far easier than it was supposed to be.

I'm just going to keep bringing it up as appropriate until you break down and do it.

I have no doubt Untold 2 will make it, Atlus loves to get paid and this series gets them plenty of happy gamers willing to open their wallet.

I know they added a story mode and then old mode, wasn't quite sure, but now I get it as I had no idea the original duo really had no story or purpose to it other than to just dive in and explore. It makes me wonder if I get it, so I run the Story mode with the locked characters so I can get the plot as I think I'd greatly prefer that.

After you beat Untold's story mode on expert plus the sixth stratum I'll consider it.

I picked up Regular Show: Mordecai & Rigby in 8-bit Land this morning. I don't know much about the show, but since the manual looks like this:

I can hardly contain my excitement.

Hah supposedly the game rated pretty badly but wow that's a beautiful wannabe SMS manual if I've ever seen one. It makes sense since the animation developer is a fan and has had them playing with what appears to be one in the cartoon.

The reviews I read make it sound like a true, old-fashioned game:
IGN wrote:But as I mentioned earlier, this game is incredibly difficult. It should say a lot that I could never quite figure out if 8-Bit Land was simply hard or if it was cheap. Half the times I died, I smacked my forehead for making a dumb mistake, and the other half of the time I was left wondering how I actually died. There were multiple instances where I was killed by an off-screen enemy, or narrowly missed a jump that totally looked like I’d made it, leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

The only reason I own a Master System is recognizing that grid pattern from across the room as I was about to walk out of the Salvation Army thrift store. I mean, it was in the box! With Shinobi and both controllers and the light gun! The only thing missing was the correct power supply, which is easily rectified, especially since I had a Model 1 Genesis already. :)

I should probably see what this game is on about.
