Yeah, vegetables taste icky. My diet consists mainly of meat, bread, and milk (I also don't drink plain water).

You know most people dont know when they're dehydrated.

When you press your finger onto the skin on say your other arm and it pops back (color) right away then you're OK. If it holds the print, then you are dehydrated.

In that case (dehydrated) grab a glass of water and DRINK it. Do this until the print doesn't stay. IF badly dehydrated go to the ER as you can DIE from it.

Shoot, I've got an easy way to tell. If I've got a headache, I'm dehydrated.

Weird. I thought there would be more vegetable eaters here.

I eat meat (carnivore  ). If they happen to be in the way (like onions and bellpeppers), it's usually okay. But I'll never just eat vegetables by themselves.

Vinegar is probably the most vile thing on Earth according to my tastebuds. It seriously makes me nauseous.

Heh. Those were pretty funny. Also, am I the only one who thinks veggie dogs actually taste better than normal hot dogs? It doesn't hurt that I get to avoid this - http://www.naturalnews.com/PhotoTour_My ... eat_1.html

Thanks.
About four years ago I had ulcers. The only problem is that I could drink gallons of hot sauce with no problems, but tomato sauce greasy meat and sugar bothered my stomach. Because of the sizes of my ulcers I had to go on a vegetarian diet for two years.
After they healed I still eat mainly vegetarian and its helped me keep my weight controllable - I graduated HS at 145, college 210, and now I weigh 165 pounds. I eat a lot of chicken but other than that mostly imitation meat (soy) its healthy and I at least know what I am eating.

You need a balance. Try to find healthy foods you like and eat tons of those to balance out the ridiculous amounts of red meat and candy you eat. That's what I do :D

Mmmmm.... hot sauce. But sorry about the ulcers man. It's good that vegetarianism has helped you stay healthy at least. In my opinion vegetarian diet+chicken or fish=ideal diet, so it would seem you're in a good spot  .
