I'm just shocked that the console wars thing is still a thing for people over the age of say, 25 max.

I saw a 30-something guy on Facebook that just announced he is genuinely happy that Street Fighter IV won't be on the Xbox One, at least initially. Another person I know is obsessed with the fact that the PS4 runs "true" 1080p and the Xbone just fakes it.....or something. Honestly I don't know or care. Just play the damn games.

It never ends, just because they don't call it the console wars anymore it exists. At least some of the stuff people say around all the stupid stuff is valid these days I believe far more than the kids going at it in the 90s. The SF4 thing was childish, the other not so much since it would be an issue for a technophile.

I've been kind of burned out on forums and this place hasn't been an exception because of those points. It's really just the internet in general, but yeah.
Well let's turn that around my good man! With the overall negativity of the internet aside, what have you been enjoying, Nintendo or otherwise?

I've noticed that no matter how much you try, you can not avoid the people who struggle for the need to be, "right." You see it at every turn and in every discussion, particularly when the discussion has no real right or wrong answer. These people seem to believe that every post is some slight against them and their point of view; calling them out to fight for their perspective.

I'm not here to tell them they are wrong, but people on the internet just need to appreciate things more. We have become overly critical of every miniscule detail and also take every act as some sort of personal slight. We like to think we are great critics and that our opinion is a truly researched and fair opinion. The reality is that we are filled with bias at every turn and that is ok. It is when we think our bias is worth more than anothers that we come to problems.

Bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors, Tetris Ultimate (3DS), Ultimate NES Remix (3DS), NES Remix Pack, Shantae & The Pirate's Curse.

Nintendo ADD, so good, so good. Anyone who rags on the Wii U/3DS because of "not being powerful enough" is simply a moron.

Mario Maker can now go between Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario World, and New Super Mario Bros. style.

Actually getting a bit more excited about it.

HOLY CRAP, THEY DID IT?

Holy crap, I kept saying that would be amazing!

SMB2 would be cool too, but perhaps that would be weird since it didn't have the normal enemy types and such.

If I create my own Mario game, and then beat it, can I include it on my Games Beaten list? 8)
