Bogus did you not put the cheese on the bread while it was in the skillet toasting? Because that's what the description sounds like.

Mine are always entirely melted. You have to also cook it lower so the bread doesn't burn.

Not saying anyone makes their grilled cheese wrong, but if your not toasting both sides of the bread it sure ain't right.

Made blackberry pancakes for breakfast. There is something almost sexy about a pat of butter slowly sliding off a pancake. It's like watching a salty square of fat, gently moonwalking off a fruit filled flat cupcake.
