Alright Vlame I'm ready, as you know my other xbox's DVD drive failed, I got another from gamestop, unfortunately its starting to freeze sometimes too, so Im gonna wanna do this as soon as possible..

Thanks for the link.. Ya know that last xbox that screwed up?... It had a sammy in it.. The lens was the problem in it though..
