Rodea the Sky Soldier returns - Wii U/3DS

So this game has been vapor for almost four years at this point, but it seems its coming out after all next year. They've just released a new trailer for it and some details about the game.

This is the next Yuji Naka game, and I remember being excited about it back when it was first announced. Though I admit its been so damn long I had forgotten about it.

I still think it looks awesome, and while there's no plans for a US release right now, if the game does come out here I'll definitely be picking it up.

Even though the trailer was horrible, the gameplay looked really interesting and awesome. I just felt the music choice didn't really match up with what we were seeing on screen and didn't capture that fast paced and frenetic action.

The game does look awesome though in terms of gameplay and it has definitely piqued my interest!

I could see picking this up on the 3DS as it looks like a mix of NiGHTS and something a lot more too. This would be ideal on the 3DS big time over the WiiU with the depth slider on.

I love NiGHTS and so I'm inclined to trust Yuji Naka to make a fun flight-based game. I don't have a Wii U, so the 3DS version would be what I get.

At least it looks way more interesting than Prope's other games.

Been waiting for another Kid Icarus: Uprising kind of game! Cool!
