Re: Playstation Vita thread
I like this idea! I will do the same with all of my Tales Of games. I'm proud to say I have at least played and finished Tales of Symphonia, which took me around 60 hours if I recall correctly.Exhuminator wrote:I'm going to buy Tales Of Hearts R as well.
I plan to put it on the shelf next to Tales Of The Abyss, Tales Of Symphonia, and Tales Of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World. That way they can all huddle together as a support group lamenting how I've never played any of them.

Oh I have no doubt the Tales series is good.
It's just, my backlog... it's... probably about to implode on itself from the immense density and create a black hole in my house.

Re: Playstation Vita thread
So can we confirm that - with the exception of Limited / Special editions and whatnot - Vita games do not come with instruction booklets?
I've seen some with flyers / ads, but that's not the same.
Just want to know what to look for when searching for used games.

Nne of mine have instructions. The only ones with anything other than just the game card either had a download code included (FFX/X-2 HD collection) or an AR card (Project DIVA F 2nd)BoneSnapDeez wrote:So can we confirm that - with the exception of Limited / Special editions and whatnot - Vita games do not come with instruction booklets?

Re: Playstation Vita thread
I have about 30 Vita games and none of them have printed instruction books in the case. The manuals rather are digital, accessible from the game cart itself to be read on the Vita.BoneSnapDeez wrote:So can we confirm that Vita games do not come with instruction booklets?
At first I wasn't okay with this but nowadays I realize overall it's the better option. At least if you buy a used Vita game you will get the manual.
I'm pretty sure quite a few 3DS games also include digital manuals instead of paper ones.

Re: Playstation Vita thread
Anyone know how to make the charge last longer on the vita? I forgot one of the reasons I hadn't played it in awhile(other than another fact that I'll be getting back too soon), was because of the battery. I mean I've got the brightness turned down and everything but it died in the middle of me playing freedom wars and that seemed way too fast...(since I really barely played it after unhooking it last night to bring with me to work)

Go to the settings and put it in Airplane mode. Should save you some battery life. To add to the discussion, I have about 20 retail Vita games and none had instruction manuals. They might as well have put the games in SD card holders, that would have been neat.darsparx wrote:Anyone know how to make the charge last longer on the vita? So who's played Natural Doctrine?
It's been getting slaughtered in reviews. Makes we want to play it.

Makes me want to see if a demo is available and try it outBoneSnapDeez wrote:So who's played Natural Doctrine?

Edit: now i see why, wikipedia on the game shows where it's mentioned to be a game for hardcore srpg fans and it seems like most people reviewing it honestly probably aren't(which means untill I get a chance to play some more srpg's I might stay away from it myself
