I do not enjoy canned laughter to jokes that are not jokes. Aside from How I Met Your Mother, I can not stand any show that ever came out of CBS. If other people like it, that is fine, but to me it is just not funny.

I don't see it as Black Face for Nerds or whatever, because that is going too far, but I just don't think it is funny. I mean, there is a freaking episode of Big Bang Theory where the condescending elitist asshole character gets mad at his friend for having a nicer desk than him and that is the joke.

That's not comedy.

So kudos to Chuck Lorre and what not, but the show and its success is pretty much a poster child for the shit taste of the American public.

It has mass global appeal too, and I like it. I didn't like it so much before they introduced the 2 extra women who added a lot of jokes I like more.
