Could you guys do me a favour? I had this dumb idea I want to try for an avatar but I don't know how to do it.

Basically, can you take this bishonen, cool Fire Emblem guy:

I prefer it on Xbox 360. No glitchiness or DRM.

Due to current constraints I'm going all PS3, so I'm just trying to see. PC is out of the question, so I'm just trying to figure out if I should even mess with Skyrim at all. I need something right now I can spend insane amounts of time in. And I'm having a fantasy itch right now and there just isn't all that much out there that's fantasy nowadays.

Well after Fallout 3 i would sugest stay away from PS3 version of any bethesda game.

So if you're itching fantasy let's see we have:
-Souls Series (Demon's Souls, Dark Souls I&II)
-Dragon's Dogma* (Dark arisen has the original and the expansion)
-Diablo 3 ( I sugest go with reaper of souls)
-Kingdom of amalur reckoning*
-Dragon Age*

* These are games i didn't played yet.

That's all i can think off the top of my head. If you really want to play skyrim on PS3 check the problem it got at launch and if they are solved with the patches. If it is like Fallout 3 the game will get slower and glitchy the more you play.

I just took a two hour nap. I had a dream that I went to a gaming store. It was weird.

I can't remember all of it. It kinda reminded me of the multi-story game stores I visited in Akihabara, except this was definitely America. I woke up right as I was getting to the basement of the place, which was all old-school PC stuff. Like, not actually old - all of it was like newly made, but in the style of old PC games, with the old school big ass PC boxes, old games, feelies, etc., just that like some company decided to do re-prints of all these old school games like the original Mortal Kombat for DOS, SSF2T for DOS, etc.

I remember skipping those two because they were too expensive (yes, even in my dreams I am broke) and instead picking up a big-box collection of Interactive Movie Games. Not just the Don Bluth games, this collection had freaking everything from Time Gal to Road Blaster to freaking Cliff Hanger.

I woke up right as I was getting to these weird ass lazerpointer-like things that would display mouse cursors in real life. As soon as I woke up, I immediately searched up "Interactive Movie Collection" but alas, no such thing actually exists.

The problem is, I'm having trouble finding info on whether or not the freezing and lag are fixed after the patches. I've read yes, I've read no, I've read to turn off autosaving, I've read to create a new save after each bit of playtime (in a different slot, and delete the one before. Supposedly it lowers save size?)

I have Demon's Souls currently, and I've been interested in Diablo, Dragon's Dogma, and DA. Diablo I'm really not sure how I'd feel about the game I've never been a loot hound. DD looks interesting, but I've heard some complaints about it. And playing the demo gave me a iffy feeling about it, although that might be wrong. I'm not particularly interested in Dragon Age besides the newest one.

Forza Horizon 2 - maybe the most fun/best racing game I have ever played
Killer Instinct - the new game is Rare's best work in a decade or more
Crimson Dragon - doesn't touch the PD series that it is inspired by, but fun nonetheless
Titanfall - I sunk so much time into this game's alpha/beta AND still felt compelled to dump another ~40 into it in the month after release. I played with a lot of irl friends, too, which was cool

I still hope to play before the year is out:

D4
Ryse
Sunset Overdrive
Disney's Fantasia
Halo: Master Chief Collection

That's not a flood of games, of course, but that's a solid list of exclusives (w/ one console exclusive) that at this point bests Sony's exclusive lineup. The system is catching up quickly in sales to the PS4, as well, so I think it will continue to get interesting exclusives (we still don't have the new Gears, new Halo, new Fable, Quantum Break, etc.). There's a lot of good reasons to get an Xbox One in addition to or instead of a new PC/PS4.
Do you still play KI? Our local FGC, which consisted of about 20 or so KI players, collectively gave up the game (and consequently the system) after they patched the game in what was apparently a drastic way. They said it was effectively not the same game anymore. It was quite crazy when suddenly the Facebook page we congregate on was flooded with people selling their XB1 systems and games.

While I was interested in Ryse and Sunset Overdrive, the recent reviews I've seen from Youtubers I trust and follow have definitely killed any thought of that. Ryse I didn't have high hopes for (was really just going to be a guilty pleasure at best) but even from a Dynasty Warriors/Sengoku Basara spectacle fighter sort of guy, seeing that game in action turned me off. I'm really disappointed that Sunset Overdrive is "okay" at best according to everyone I've heard from, I was really hoping for a lot considering the JSR inspiration and developer.

Another game I was considering was Dead Rising 3, but that game is on PC (even if the port sucks) so it's still going to be better for me to just upgrade my power supply since that's the only thing holding me back from current gen gaming on my current rig. Hell, Ryse is on PC and Sunset Overdrive has been accidentally advertised as coming soon to PC multiple times.

Yeah, the current lineup of XB1 games is definitely better than PS4... but XB1 isn't getting Guilty Gear Xrd, as far as I know. And I still haven't seen anything from either system that says "BUY ME NOW." (GGXrd might change that.) Meanwhile, WiiU has Smash 4, Bayonetta 2 and Wonderful 101 out right now, a few other titles like Splatoon coming up that look interesting, and a few guilty pleasures like Hyrule Warriors. Hey, this new Mario Kart might even be able to make up for how dull Mario Kart Wii was - I'm not going to buy it near full price like I did with that one unless I know for sure, on the off chance that it disappoints the hell out of me again.

I think what it comes down to is that Halo: Master Chief Collection. If Halo is at all a thing to you, then of course you have to get an Xbox One. If Halo is not at all a thing to you, then the Xbox One is a tough freaking sell. For me, it's a tough freaking sell.

This must be just you. Seems like a majority of ppl are high on Sunset Overdrive. I loved Dead Rising 3 and Ryse personally.
