anyone have any healing or advice for a damaged disc

Came back from hospital last night to find out that my back pain is a result from a damaged disc. I can't sleep or nothing.
They did a MRI and a ultra sound because they thought it was my kidneys. Thank god I'm healthy in that area.
Been through hell last two weeks. Has anyone had this? And if so what did you do? Main thing how long does it take to heal.
Sad thing I haven't even felt playing video games

It doesn't work for everyone. Also there's a price factor involved. As well as varying quality of material

Look on facebook sales or craigslist or borrow one (?). Maybe a local gym or physical therapy center has one to try out?

You need a buddy to spot you. Otherwise you may not get out of it so easily when you're upside down.

Don't go 100% incline into it. Start at a lower angle and work into it.

You have to do this too so your body will get used to the bloodrush to your head.

Being upside down may relieve some stress on your back.

Obviously look online for further research.
