Kind of ticked at Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis after only 6 episodes they decided to do an entirely unnecessary recap episode this week without even a shred of new material . Wish they had just skipped the week and not wasted time on it.

Yeah it's pretty good especially when you have a nice supply of episodes to watch. Currently building up a stockpile of the newer episodes to watch all at once. It's been pretty slow filler recently .
Can't wait for January to come though so many sweet seconds seasons coming. Especially looking forward to Tokyo Ghoul and Aldnoah.Zero both ended at really crazy spots.
Started watching Sword Art Online a few days ago. It's pretty good so far. It's funny, my brothers were finishing up the finale to SAO2 the same day I watched the first episode of season one. XD
Started and got caught up on Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu(Parasyte -the maxim-) last night. Show is pretty awesome and I liked it enough to marathon the first six episodes last night and the seventh today. It's just a really unique idea and the conflict is really interesting. Some of the events from the last two episodes had a very traumatic situation that was a little unsettling but thankfully they covered it quickly, and the main character is now setup to be a pretty epic bad ass.

SAO2 isn't over yet. Unless you mean the second part of season one which is like episode 15-25. SAO2 will be on episode 20 this week and will probably be heading for 25 episodes again.
Have to say episodes 1-14 are still the best though. Everything after that is good but definitely not as great as the first arc.
Watched Monster over the last couple of months with the girlfriend and it was fantastic. I can't believe it flew under my radar for as long as it did. It's up with Cowboy Bebop and Mushishi in my top three. It's slow-burning at first but everything pays off within the 74 episodes. I believe the less you know going in the better, but it doesn't truly pick up until around the 25-30 episode mark. There were actually reveals where my girlfriend gasped out load, which is something she doesn't do. It's not very anime-ish in most regards but if you like a good story, it's certainly worth watching. It's also very enjoyable for anyone interested in European history through the late 80s/early 90s and the fall of the Berlin wall.

This is an old Manga from the 90's. I loved reading it back in the library and awaited every new volume that came in each month.
I heard some nit-picking online about the art style of this. Some wanted it to be close to the original source. But modern anime suits it okay I guess.
Maybe it can push sales of the original manga. I dont know who holds the rights of this now since the manga's been long out of print.
although, now that I look it up on mangafox, it is there. But its a fan translation of the original right to left manga. Interesting. When I read them back in the day, they were officialy americanized and floped to left handed reading.

Yeah I got sucked into that one a long time ago....it gets pretty addicting...(I'm on episode 100 or so and need to start watching again just haven't had my roku up to be able to watch any more)

Definitely agree. I planned on watching only a few episodes and winding up marathoning the 7 eps. The show has a way of pulling you on. I feel like sooo many things happen in the first 7 eps. It's really just one insane show. No doubt one of the best anime's to come out this year. And yes, it really is crazy how the main character progresses.
Just wondering if people here still buy anime DVD or bluray or just stream it online now? Just notice from cleaning up my room of how many Anime dvd I have own right now and it's quite bit. Might consider to get rid of them soon as I am slowly transfer the show onto my external HDD. The picture below are show I have own as of now.
Note: Currently watching Noir right now. Kinda slow pace in the beginning but kinda interested in the Sodlat stuff right now.
