Well I suppose I wait for a Steam sale or something then if I decide to play more.

Is there a way to transfer your save from PS3 to PC - perhaps a third party app/hack type thing?

none that I know of - and I did try to research transferring 360 to PC after I scratched my 360 disc at the end of S1E2.

There are ways to transfer save data from a PS3 by using a USB flash drive(copy the data to the USB using the Save Data Utility), though I don't know if it is possible to get the game to read that data in Steam.

On an interesting note, using this method with a Borderlands save will apparently allow you to use the WillowTree hack tool to edit Borderlands saves from consoles...

Yeah, I transferred with some apps both Borderlands and Skyrim stuff previously between PC/console.

TWD is $25 on Steam, FFS :x

Holiday Steam Sale will have it for sure.

I feel like my moment of having at least a little interest in this story and its characters will be a fleeting one...

Speaking of TWD and TellTale, I'm really itching to pick up that Jurrassic Park game they did. I know it's basically just quick time events but I need my fix now that I'm seeing all this news about Jurassic World. Anybody have experience with that one?

Looks like Creative Assembly finally fixed the PS4 version of Alien Isolation so I'm going to give that more of a whirl, as well as Shadow of Mordor. DanganRonpa 2 has sucked me in though too, and I need to resist the temptation to just play a bunch of Mount and Blade after work.

I actually forgot they made a JP game. I'm looking forward to the Tales From Borderlands one though.
