Looking for short, but sweet games for the original Xbox...

I want to pick up few more titles for the Xbox since they are cheap right. I'm looking for some good titles that aren't huge time sinks, ideally around 10 hours or under.

The Otogi games don't stretch on overlong.

Pretty much anything goes. Only genres I really don't play are fighting games and sports.

Definitely. You could also try Crimson Skies or Hunter: The Reckoning if you're into Gauntlet style games.

I second the Otogi series being a must play.

Darkwatch. It plays like Halo, but you're a vampire cowboy, and it only runs about 4-5 hours. Max Payne 2 is a good choice, too. I thought the first one ran on a bit long, but #2 is only about 6ish hours long. I beat it over 2 days of casual play.
