Here are some screenshots from WoW: Warlords of Draenor.

WOW has a really colorful palette, and does quite well with relatively meager poly counts. Too bad the gameplay is so blah.

I kinda like the gameplay.
At least... end-game, raiding gameplay. Just enjoy the basic aspect of having roles to fill in a group and such.
The rest of it though, yeah, pretty hard to get through now.
Those screens are pretty nice!

Valkyria Chronciles on PC. Picked this up the other day and I'm loving it so far. Art style is pretty awesome.

I think I would really dig WoW if it wasn't an MMORPG.

Try Kingdom of Amular on the PS3 or X360, it's exactly that.BoneSnapDeez wrote:I think I would really dig WoW if it wasn't an MMORPG.

Yup, like single player WoW mixed with a bit of Fable and a decent combat system.ninjainspandex wrote:Try Kingdom of Amular on the PS3 or X360, it's exactly that.BoneSnapDeez wrote:I think I would really dig WoW if it wasn't an MMORPG.

Xenoblade is also a non-mmo wow, essentially. huge world, MMO combat (Your main character is a rogue, the goofy dude is a warrior tank, etc), and LOTS of quests.
I wish there was a game that demanded the skill and teamwork of wow, though, while still using a similar dps/tank/heal setup, but not being online. Something like PSO or Diablo, but where I actually have to care about what I do, and with roles and such. If this existed in couch co-op form I would be in heaven.
