Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
This was set for recycling at work so i'm thankful the bio-med guy asked me if I wanted it before he dumped it:

Beautiful man! That's really nice!
I recently picked up a 36" Sony Wega CRT from Good Will for $25 but this is even better I think.

Looks like a 2030 model so 20". Looks like it also has some sort of 25pin to BNC adapter for the RGB interface. I did not know such a thing existed. What does the toggle switch on that thing do?

That is actually an awesome piece. Saves you an extra adapter for that nasty 25-pin connection. Nice snag, mike. I have the same model so if you have any trouble calibrating it just let me know.

Yeah, I didn't recognize the adapter either - the toggle is to switch from lo to hi def (not true HD, i'm thinking, not sure at this point.
Everything appears tip-top, didn't even have to degauss after hauling and rotating - brilliant pic from the get-go:

If I had to guess, I'd say the toggle switches between pin 9 and 10. http://www.gamesx.com/wiki/doku.php?id=av:pvm-2030
Definitely an awesome find!
Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Today I went to this crappy flea market to find a ac adapter for my cdx. There were tons but not enough volts or amps or too much. Leaving seen a guy selling SNES and Genesis carts. 5.00 a piece. He had crappy titles or titles that were destroyed like missing labels or marker all over it so i Picked up killer instinct and Mario world so I can get credit to trade at my retro store.
Ended up getting 27.00 in credit and got a model 1 Genesis non tmms model and earthworm Jim 2 for the Genesis.
At least I got a good genesis now.

Snagged a pretty good haul at the local retro store. FFIX, SotN, Rhapsody, Legend of Dragoon, and Star Ocean: Second Story for around $65 total (all complete), and a cart-only copy of SNES Sparkster for $5. Happiness, especially after looking at what Sparkster sells for!
