depends on the kid really. Some may not be prepared for, "Pac-Man uncontrollably guzzling buckets of cum."
Yeah, that's one that would worry me. Also, I care less about what teenagers are comfortable with and more about whether I'd be comfortable with that stuff around teenagers.

5th expansion is out. I don't have but I'll pick it up soon.

Most importantly though is the 2014 holiday thing. Give them money and they send you something for 10 days. I haven't done the first two but a friend has and last year one of the best cards he got was his name. Just his name.

My favorite card is "become a mother fu**ing sorcerer". (Or something like that, I don't own it).

Seriously though, I know mostly teenagers who have played this. One of the hard things in the game is people not knowing certain references, so playing the Skelator card really doesn't work in certain crowds.

I wouldn't play CAH with any teenagers. Then again, I don't really associate with teenagers.

I've only played twice, once with 5 people, once with 7, and both times I won. The only real strategy was figuring out everyone's sense of humor and sensitivity to offensive stuff. Having to explain to a naive, innocent Indian grade school music teacher what "smegma" was will remain a highlight of my life. Good times.

Long time no see, Mozgus. Hope all is well.

CAH not only allows, but encourages you to play to the Card Czar. For instance, one of the players always laughs at racist jokes. When she's the card czar, I always play a racist card regardless of whether or not it even makes sense. Another player always laughs at sex jokes. Same story. Some players like for the black card and the white card to make logical sense together.

I've only played Cards Against Humanity once an' it was a great time. Naturally, it's mostly due to the people I play card games with but that just about applies to table top games in general. XD

I completely agree. It has to do with the people you play with. If you have friends who, in general, are of a more serious tone then this game may fall flat, assuming it hasn't offended them before the realization.

But if you have goof ball friends then you will have a blast.

It's like having a friend or just knowing somebody that can make watching paint dry not be so painful.

I didnt know anyone when I played both times and thats why I enjoyed it. I got to let my inner sick fuck out and watch everyone else squirm. They couldn't blame me for what the cards were saying, after all. I was innocent!

Just bought a second set to keep at work -- they have definitely changed the base set compared to the original printings and that makes me sad because there's no way to tell at a glance. I got bored and went through the black cards, found I think 2 black cards that had been reworded slightly and about 5 that had been entirely replaced. I don't think I'll be bored enough to do it with white cards too because it took forever just with the black ones, but dang man... you're supposed to give us a way to easily tell these things!
Gunning for a licensed NES NTSC-U set, follow the madness and poverty here!
