I think the idea was inspired from the renegade replicants in Blade Runner.

so this GTA San Andreas thing on Steam is weird to me. There was an update to the game which fixed controller support, but it also took out some resolutions as well 17 songs. Now I can understand licensing and all, but to me it would be rational to think that if you bought the game BEFORE the licensing expired, then you paid for those songs as part of the game and you'd keep them, whereas anyone buying it AFTER would not receive those 17 songs as part of the game. It's just weird to me that it would work like this.

It's actually a bit Orwellian when you start to think about it; the robots suffer from the thought police.

Vanquish and Binary Domain are both $19.99 - though physical copies may be cheaper, and they were both on PS+ at one point or another.

If you've got credit or something, I'd just wait for a sale.

If you don't mind physical copies, can make it to a Gamestop, and have a rewards card, you can get Bionic Commando, Dark sector, and all three Uncharted games for just under $20.

I think the problem is that this is a port of the smartphone version which probably didn't have those licensed songs included either. I don't know what "improvements" it has over the original PC version, but it seems that Rockstar thought they were worth the sacrifice of the original OST....that or they just used it as a marketing ploy to get a "new" version of one of the best selling games of all time out, in case more people buy it out of curiosity (I still have my original PC disk, thank you very much)
