Anyone else have a hard time playing OoT or Majora's Mask within anything but the original N64 controller?

I am having no problem adjusting from the 64 to the cube controller. I personally find the cube controller more comfortable(I know Im in the minority) and its just fine for OoT.
You still use your left thumb to move Link. You still use your left index finger to target the enemy. You still have the A and B button in similar spaces. The only difference is that you use the C stick, witch is below the A button instead of above, is used instead of the C arrows.
Similar and more comfortable to me.
