And the entrance to Stalingrad is one of the best FPS levels I have ever played.

My only issue with that segment (even though it was one of the reasons they made the game in the first place) is I had already seen Enemy at the Gates a couple times. It really took some of the punch out of it.

That initial speech at the level could be one of my favorites in video games.

I wonder if russians actually say "comrades" or "motherland"

I don't know about "motherland", but I've heard some Russians use comrade. I don't really think it is serious, but I'm really not going to ask.

I wasn't surprised at hearing how much Call of Duty preorders have dropped though. I'm actually kind of surprised it took so long though.

Russians probably use those things as often as you guys say "THIS IS AMERICA"

On the topic, I always found it funny how Russians inAmerican movies knew some very complex words but never bothered to learn how to say yes or friend in English

The writers want to make sure you know they are Russian and not generic Eastern Europeans. Yay for lazy writers!

There are no Eastern Europeans in mass media. Only Russians and people who look like them

I've learned that my opinion that video games teach important life skills and success traits is unpopular with non-gamers.

But I enjoy demonstrating how it's true.

I'd agree with that, as much as it has been proven that Tetris is a medically sound device to help people with brain injury and hand eye coordination problems see improvement which has been in medical journals.

Unpopular Opinion

Just Dance (Wii) is at least as good as - if not better than - Samba De Amigo (DC/Wii).
