Re: Together Retro 2015 Poll
update because why not?
Jan, RPG: Grandia leads w/ 14 votes followed by Wild Arms' 12 votes. 35 total votes.
Feb, Wildcard: River City Ransom up top w/ 14 votes. Adventures Of Lolo has 10. 34 total votes.
Mar, FPS: Very close between Quake (11 votes) and Hexen/Heretic (10 votes). 28 total votes.
Apr, Platformer: Sonic & Knuckles in the lead w/ 10 votes. Flashback and Klonoa tied for 2nd w/ 8 votes. 38 total votes.
May, Puzzle: We've got a tie at 12 votes between Puzzle Fighter and Solomon's Key. 2nd place is so distant it seems inconsequential at this point. 33 total votes.
Jun, Action: First place is still tied with Mega Man X and Startropics, both at 11 votes. Link To The Past is a pretty distant 2nd with 7 votes. 34 total votes.
Jul, Fighter: Mortal Kombat Trilogy leads w/ 14 votes. Tekken follows with 10. 29 total votes.
Aug, Pinball: Close race of Pinball Arcade (9 votes), NES Pinball (8 votes) and Pinball Dreams/Fantasies (7 votes). Funny because we thought this was going to be everyone voting for Pinball Arcade... 24 total votes.
Sept, Sports: Mario Golf in the lead w/ 11 votes followed closely by NFL Blitz at 9 votes. 32 total votes.
Oct, Horror: D is in the lead with 9 votes, and Alone In The Dark and Ghouls N Ghosts tie w/ 8 votes for 2nd. If D wins I'd almost suggest doing the usual double feature for the month considering its brevity. But we'll cross that bridge when if/we get to it. 29 total votes.
Nov, Wildcard: Grim Fandago leads w/ 14 votes. 2nd place (9 votes) is XWing/TIE Fighter. 29 total votes.
Dec, Shmup: Raiden is a pretty clear winner w/ 15 votes. Fantasy Zone is a distant 2nd w/ 6 votes. 28 total votes.

Seriously. And just like last night's election, I am disappointed with (but not surprised by) the results...(Seriously, when are you guys going to pick some games I have not already beaten? The only ones I see myself playing are Grim Fandango and Sonic & Knuckles.)

The two you have listed as ones you'll play are in fact the ones I've already beaten

But there is so much to talk about in S&K. You know you can walk on walls in that game? and dance in mid air?

Worried that StarTropics and Wild Arms are both drawing their categories. I've played both and they were both entirely mediocre and forgettable.
C'mon Mega Man X and Grandia!
