It's not set in stone yet, but River City Ransom, Soloman's Key and Pinball (NES) are distinct possibilities right now in the votes. There are a fair few 16 bit games as options leading the way too.

NES Pinball, Ghouls 'n Ghosts, California Games, Uninvited, River City Rampage, Bonk's Adventure, Commander Keen 1-3, Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards, New Zealand Story, Tetris, Pinball Dreams, Pinball Fantasies, Solomon's Key, Wario's Woods, Paperboy, Adventures of Lolo, Dragon's Lair, StarTropics, and StarTropics 2 are all up for possibilities in the vote.

And that's not including 16-bit possibilities like Super Baseball 2020, Ghoul Patrol, Sonic & Knuckles, Mortal Kombat, Power Instinct, Flashback, Sunset Riders, Mega Man X, and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

Also, what happens in the event of a tied vote?
Answer 1 - First post in each topic says "A week or so." So sometime this coming up weekend.
Answer 2 - Tied votes get a run off. But I am closing the polls at a time that is unknown so no one can rush in to vote at the last second. The run off will be a three day poll with just the tied titles obviously. For the record, I do not vote in the polls. I just open and close them.

This isn't true, he just secretly logs a write-in candidate each year in every category, which is why Bible Adventures is our most nominated game.

I haven't voted recently.

I should lurk a bit on this thread, as I can't see me posting about any of the games mentioned for more than one day. Have know clue what to say about Tetris than, "Hi score updated, put some blocks together".

And Flashback is superb, but not sure what I could add to the conversation. "I like that it is smart and quiet" sums up nearly all of my thoughts about the game.

I'll back track to get more "on board". But right now a month is a Loooooooooooooooooong time to be playing Paperboy and commenting on it.

I would like to suggest:

DEATH DUEL (GENESIS) High score
SPACE HARRIER II (GENESIS)High Score
Jurassic Park (Sega CD)Time challenge
Willy Beamish (Sega CD, PC) Time challenge
Grand Prix (Atari 2600) High Score
Any Olympic based game High Score
Sonic Time Challenge
Mutant League Football High Score (TD's)
Excite Bike NES Time Challenge
Punch Out!! NES Quickest KO

Am I doing this some what right?

No.

There are 12 polls here: http://racketboy.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=33

Each one is titled "TR 2015 Poll - Month - Genre"... you need to go and vote for one game in each poll that you want to see win.
