What was the last movie you've seen?
Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
I watched Slumdog Millionaire a couple days ago. It doesn't quite live up to all it's golden globes imo, but still a very enjoyable movie.

Really liked Slumdog. Great visuals, unique story, cool soundtrack, happy ending. Just a nice flick.
Last night I watched Helvetica, a documentary about the type face. Seriously! It's not the best doc ever but it was interesting. They chronicle the history of the font and why it came to be when it did (1957) and why it's so influential and everywhere even today. It was big, then fell out of favor, then made a comeback. Pretty similar trajectory to a musical style/genre when you think about it. If you are a visually inclined person or a designer, definitely check it out.

The Warriors (720p)
not as great as I used to think it was but I enjoyed it for nostalgia alone - and all the famous samples

Just watched Burn after reading for the second time.

Armitage III: Poly-Matrix.

The Dead Pool, last of the Dirty Harry films. Easily my least liked of the series, though I thought it was...ok. Not great, but better than the B action films of the time. The music really didn't mesh well for me, though I did get a good laugh at Jim Carrey's brief cameo. That's it for those movies, though. It's kinda depressing to me, now that it's all over.
