I honestly havn't listened to the first album yet, but thought i'd still share it here, as I do thoroughly enjoy El-P.

My first 2 play throughs i think like every other song is good, then a few weaker ones in the middle, and a good one at the end. The first album was a no skip album. But it's free so i ain't bitching. The rapping is top notch, these 2 are a good duo. It's just like i dont like the hook, beat, song direction or whatever they went on a few. Example track 2. One of the dudes they had on a song did remind me alot of eazy e, whoever it was

I feel right in the same boat. So many things on this album go against what I had thought I traditionally enjoyed in rap, but it's really scratching an itch and has me wanting more. The Killer Mike/El-P collaboration is magical.

On a side note, anyone else here enjoy New Flesh/New Flesh For Old?

I really fell into a loop with these dudes after hearing Krush playing their track in a scene out of the documentary "Scratch". I've recently dusted off the equilibrium LP and have been listening to them quiet a bit, as well as some of their newest Ninja Tune stuff.

Everybody got an autotune he did without one:

But he shouldn't have.

On the other hand, I like this kid. Despite the haters.
