It's a show your kids like that doesn't melt your brain IMO. Very few shows like that these days: Backyardigans, My Little Pony, Phineas and Ferb, that's about it.
Are you out of your mind?

SESAME STREET!

The show is still funnier an edgier than SNL, and on a five day rotation. Best show ever? Quite possibly.
Have you watched it recently, this ^ is not true. And Elmo ... is the worst.

Agreed. The segment where Will Arnett basically reprised his role from Arrested Development was pretty funny though.

I've been enjoying this discussion immensely, but keeping opinions to myself.

However... Third.

I have a ton of old Sesame Street episodes downloaded that my daughter enjoys, but I avoid the new ones like a plague.

OK, let me clear my shit up a bit here.

Defining all "Bronies" as a group of "socially stunted weirdos" was not cool, and I take that back full force. Generally, generalizing about groups of people is a shitty thing to do, and y'all know that's not me.

If folks want to get into the show, that's all good. I got lots of shit that I'm into that could be (and sometimes is) seen as weird by other folks. I respect everyone's right to enjoy whatever they want.

Mainly, I was commenting on the fact that something like that color chart is needed at what is supposedly a gathering of adjusted individuals with a common interest seems a bit, well, odd to me. And as I've said, I don't know of anything that points to MLP gaining a disproportionate amount of fans from the autism spectrum. I just don't get why people that are supposed to be adults with all faculties intact have to be treated as if they don't understand how to interact with other human beings.

It's all good TSTR, I think everyone that is familiar with your posting knows it wasn't meant offensively. I wasn't getting at that "bb". :)

Nah TSTR, men obsessing over a little girl cartoon is definitely weird. Going to a social meet-up or convention and then wearing a red badge kinda defeats the whole purpose of going.

Saying it is weird and preventing them from doing it are 2 different things. I am also an insensitive prick and think people need thicker skin in general.
