Did you get a flu shot?

The problem I have with the flu shot is the yearly nature of it. If it was a one time (MMR), or a 10 year booster thing (tetanus) then it'd feel worthwhile.

we get them at work but i think i missed the clinic. i'll probably go to CVS and get one or something. i try to get one every year.

My wife claims they're mandatory at her workplace (a hospital). Apparently if you skip the clinic they'll track you down in your office and jab you.

They gave out 100 free ones at the local health center this year. I was #87. Thinnest needle I've ever seen, most painless shot ever.

I do not. For one I hate needles. Last time I got a flu shot, I got sick from the shot and then still ended up getting the flu. They just try to predict what strain it will be.

I don't personally get them, and that's just a family thing really. Nobody besides my mom and half-sister gets them, and they are the only ones who've ever had the flu. My Grandpa on my Dad's side swears up and down our family can't get the flu. Doubt that's true, but I dare you to go argue with that man. Especially on anything related to family or things that run in it.
