So the lack of heat in my game room is now noticeable...

I may be playing a lot of handhelds upstairs this winter. :lol:

I do not! I also have no idea what that is - something related to emulation?

Custom firmware. It lets you run arbitrary software on the PSP, so you can run emulators or ISO images of a PSP game (saves on loading time, can do translation patches).

Oooohhh nice. I've been casually contemplating installing something like that for some time now. Seems like a good time to take action.

Definitely. It's easier than ever to install CFW these days; it basically ends up being download some file, run it, and now your PSP is unlocked.

I was playing for half a hour the Revenge of the Gator on GB.
And man, this game is fantastic.
I never get into pinball (but i am trying :D ) and this game seems perfect to me.
It's seems to go in my top GB games list :mrgreen:
