Simplicity is great but for me, I want more of the spine covered - it looks kinda funny to have only 20% of a spine covered (to me). So it isn't the design issue as much as it is a size issue. That said, I did like the designs of poodudes, but i'd want a bit more "pop", deeper colors and gloss, etc.

Thanks ninjainspandex for asking me to pop over to answer questions.

I am happy to accomodate anyones needs for sizing and such. If you want something custom, I can do it for you since I do everything in house on my Roland Vinyl Printer/Cutter. The only catch for the best price is volume so I can maximize the use of the vinyl and have as little waste as possible. Ill always try and work the graphic out to use as much vinyl as possible to minimize the amount you are paying for that just goes in the trash.

For reference, the normal MVS size spines are normally $2.95 each, full color. With CMYK printing - full color vs. grey scale is a bit moot so there isn't a price break to do black and white. The color ones are pretty awesome anyways.

To determine an accurate price for a particular need, I'd need to get an idea of what you want and what size it is you need. As I mentioned above, the more you need the less it is per label. Everything will be printed on Genuine Roland Calendared Vinyl, dried, and then cut. If you want to group up with a friend to cut down on cost, I am happy to do that too :-D

Graphic Requirements: 300DPI CMYK, RGB will be ok it just gets converted and may be a little different than its CMYK brother. Its best to have a small white border around the edge for longevity and dry time. The dimensions can be anything up to 18" wide and however long you want... but thats a bit big for what you need on these boxes :-D Im happy to setup basic cutlines on my end with the dimensions needed.

I am going out of town 21-29 OCT for work; I'll be in Japan and I do this myself so nobody will be able to run it while I am gone. I can't guarantee I can do anything before I leave because I have a few fight sticks and SuperGuns to work on before I go, but it may give everyone time to determine what they want and find a buddy to go in on some with them.

Don't hesitate to shoot me a message or email :-D

Awesome. Thanks so much for coming onto here, Jasen. Myself especially, I can't access NG from my workplace so this is my primary home

I for one would like to get some custom ones done (a la the Grizz957 labels for MVS) for CPS2 games. It's such a small library that it doesn't seem like it should be impossible, but I have very few skills with photoshop. I will definitely go hunting for some high quality marqee art to make it from.

However, for now, yeah depending on price point I would probably be in for 5 of the base labels.

Again, depends on size / quantity. I think I can get them down to about $3-$3.50 each for the standard size that current EPS is set to. Getting them bigger wont add significant cost.

I can't access half of NG any more... but thats because of the mods :*( Ninja assures me this is a good crowd :-D Hopefully, me and my arcade cabs can call this a part of our internet home too over time!

Jasen - i'd be looking for (ballpark here)

22-24 CPS2 - 18L x 2W
8 PCB - 18L x 2W
8 F3 - 12L x 1.5W
12 PCB - 11L x 1.5W

I don't think any of us are in any rush so we can chat it up when you get back from JP.

So I had heard about Phoenix boards occasionally being buggy, but I hadn't discovered it yet.... just did a runthrough of Tower of Doom with my buddy, and we decided "Sure let's creditfeed and kill the red dragon"...

Halfway through the fight, the Red Dragon switches to Spanish because WHY NOT?!? His first thing he says is in English, but the midfight taunting is in Spanish for no reason, and then the last thing he says is in Spanish too. No other boss/battle does this.

Under trauma, the dragon reverted to his native tongue.

So I found these while randomly searching.

Of course, I found them on neogeofans.com and I don't speak French so I don't want to make an account just to beg for them.

But this is kinda what I think would be a great set of labels if they were a bit bigger.
