Just a little protip, the Japanese Megaman GB games are called Rockman World and are significantly cheaper than the US carts and just as playable, Gameboy is not region locked I bought all 5 from japan and most were under 10 bucks, the most expensive was 5 and that was only $13. So definitely importing is a smart move, Rockman World 5 at $13 vs Mega Man 5 GB at $60, that is a hell of a savings.
Any good websites for importing games from Japan? (an English interface would be a huge bonus too)
Well the common ones like Ebay and Amazon. I've used http://solarisjapan.com/ before they often have decent prices.

Here in the States I use Windy Gaming alot, its nice because all orders over $25 have free shipping and prices are decent. http://www.windygaming.com/

I feel like I'm probably the only person on the planet that enjoyed Paperboy on the N64 as a kid. Rented that game multiple times, Never played the NES version but I did have the little Tiger electronics game, it sucked haha

Paperboy is a strange game. I played it a lot on NES and Genesis as a kid and I convinced myself that I really liked it. When I try to play it now though I don't enjoy it very much. I guess I liked the weird humor of it more back then.

Rewinding to:

I've said it before but it's still worth mentioning this is one of the best games in the classic series. Anyone who's a fan of the NES games and has been overlooking this one really needs to try it out.

It's a shame Capcom cancelled the GBA anniversary collection. We came so close to having a colorized version of the game.

I've never been a fan of Paperboy, sorry to say. That said, how does the NES port compare to the SNES port?

WOW! I never knew that, would of been awesome. Sad with Kenji Inafune gone we will probably never see a GB Mega Man collection. I wonder if there are any fan made romhacks that add color.

We almost had a Metal Slug GBA port as well, not Metal Slug Advance but a port of the first game.

I wonder how close they were to completion and if we would ever see a prototype dump.

Honestly I've always shied away from Paperboy 2 on SNES, probably because of my fondness for Paperboy on NES. My (dumb, childish) logic at the time was "I don't want Paperboy to be ruined for me," akin to avoiding a sequel to one of your favorite movies.

In other words, it sounds like a good time to get past that crap and play that game eventually

Odd that you were talking about paperboy because for some odd reason I remember my dad raving about that one when I was younger....now that I've seen it in action years after that revelation I just don't get it....looks fun but ehh(wasn't in the nes stuff I got out of the garage a few months ago so...yeah  )
