Cart flag to flag is my all time favorite Dreamcast racing game, 4x4 Evo comes close in second. Overall, plenty of great racing games on the DC (who needs Need for Speed?)
Aqua GT is a cool speedboat racer. A shame it was only released in Europe. If you can find it I recommend it. Racing on European canals is quite the experience.
