speaking of VR for use with this game, has anyone tried Google Cardboard with this? a colleague of mine just built a "rig" (using hockey tape as a headset
) and had it working with the Oculus mod for Minecraft. pretty slick. i wonder if it would work with this game?

got my copy yesterday. Took 3+ hrs to download! I only got to play briefly, so nothing has really happened yet. But man, even on my aging GPU this game has some incredible visuals. The detail on character models right down to their skin is crazy. Looking forward (and even kind of nervous) to spend time w/ this one.
