Do you run into any games that you simply can't play on your i3 machine?

Re: Share some of your best gaming screen shots
not a one. And I'm trying to think of the more demanding games I've played... Tomb Raider reboot, Titanfall, Wolfenstein New Order, etc... I've had no issues. Maybe a stutter here or there, but nothing that really stands out as being a problem. Running through Borderlands 2 w/ graphics pretty high and in 4-player co-op. No issues. Now, I don't generally max my settings, and I'm not always completely sure what is relying on CPU and what is relying on GPU, but my i3 has done well.Frag Mortuus wrote:Noise:

That said, my particular i3 is actually in the 2nd tier on Tom's Hardware's hierarchy chart: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gam ... 106-5.html - I have a 2130. So perhaps that's been part of my luck.
That said, a CPU upgrade will certainly be in my somewhat near future, as I'd love to not even have the possibility of the i3 bottlenecking shiz as a worry in the back of my mind.

I too, am playing through some BL2.
1280x800, FXAA, AF 2x, max settings w/ AO turned off.
I like this game a lot more than I did on Vita so far. 60fps and proper controls have a lot to do with that I bet.

Edit: Formula 1
