i never got to hear much from this dude back in '94 and always forgot to pick up a cd. kinda like it and definitely missed out.

Thanks for the Skinny Pimp share, it's been way to long since i've heard this album. This thread is going to act as a playlist for weeks.stickem wrote:listening to some old kingpin skinny pimp. forgot he had a phantasm beat.

Nothing like blasting some Mr. Big to get me ready for bible study.
It's corny rhymes* on top of Casio beats, but I still dig it.
*Seriously. One of the lyrics is "I quit my job, I got no job nigga!"

Re: Hip Hop/Rap Fanatics Unite!
my hip hop CD collection just hit exactly 200 with a package that just arrived.
Re: Hip Hop/Rap Fanatics Unite!
I had a collection like that once until they all got stolen. Alot was from those adds back in the day where you picked 7 cds, sent in a penny and promised to buy a cd a month for a year. That company prolly lost a ton because i just kept doing that over and over without buying much.noiseredux wrote:my hip hop CD collection just hit exactly 200 with a package that just arrived.
