So say "This Star Wars Rebel Tie Fighter goes great with Tie Fighter Wrapping paper, and we also have cards with a Tie Fighter theme". And yes, even the lonely and rock kicking perilous janitors are asked of this.

7) TEAM PLAYER. "It's my job, but it's all our job". Toys R Us has a shit ton of people on the floor at all times and it is key for communication to flow with ease. "I'm committing to my team" will go a long way.
This is the kind of stuff that would make me eat a gun. I'm so glad that kind of shit isn't in my field.
8) Be nonchalant. The company, as an entity, doesn't like a nervous pervous. You sell toys to kids...so don't be weird.

I love that number 8 became 8) right before it says "Be nonchalant"

Also, Toys'R'us sounds like a bag of Richards. Why does anyone work there?

The majority of people I know with a law degree went to Wake Forest and considered it a cakewalk compared to the application process.

I went to Wake Forest.

Nice. DSH was kind of enough to get me a copy of The Essential Henry Mancini a few years ago, and it remains in my car's CD player.

If that is seriously what it takes to get into Toys R Us, then the world is screeeewed. Seriously, its a toy store. If I can't show up in jeans, that's just bullshit.

I don't get why so much "professional" stuff is against jeans either. I grew up with jeans being part of dressing nice. I guess its just different where I'm at and what I deal with...

Well when the jeans usually look like they've been through the shredder and back I think there may be a reason there that they don't get as much thought to being nice anymore(and I can say without a doubt that I'm not kidding at all since I've seen plenty of people like that to think this)

:D Arrow finally came up on netflix so time for me to get caught up 8) (it's been so freaking long, kinda feel like the people who were waiting on that new pokemon service...especially since i missed out on catching it on hulu...).

:D - got a 100 on my exam for the word section of my class(40% of the grade so that means that'll be a big boost hopefully to the grade since I'm too big of a procrastinator to keep up sometimes...)
