Stupid hyperbole title on the Kotaku article. I guess they figure everyone's already forgotten all about Mr. Guinness Record and the pictures of his pile a few months ago.

^ That sucks.

He's a family man and the money will be put to great use.

If any Racketeers with deep pockets decides to pick this one up, let me know. My close proximity to Twizer allows me to offer an invite of local festivities.

Good luck NT.

Seems like this is a common trend for people who complete their collections, the thrill of the hunt is gone so they dump their collection for quick cash.

Shame! I hope he hangs onto it and rides the time out while his new house is being built. He has a knack and eye for putting together a beautiful setup.

I never understood people who put so much time into collecting then they decide to sell it. All the effort is gone. All the sentimental value of owning the collection is gone. For years he gave up a lot of money and time to collect it. I am guessing that selling in a bundle means he will lose a lot of money.

Then again $150,000 is a life changing sum. Why did he decide to put so much money into games if he needs it.
