Is OP 12?
It would explain a lot.
When does global warming actually show up in real life?

No no no, you don't make a serious response to something like this. It just encourages him.jp1 wrote:I'm not out hugging trees, but I think the point is that we have future generations to consider. It isn't just about how the weather is for you today. The ice caps melting is a real thing and a few degrees does make a difference, you should do a little research on it.
History doesn't only extend to people without air conditioners either, global climate changes have wiped out entire species and could easily wipe us out as well. If we don't address it now, then when exactly?
I appreciate the fact that you try and post topics with some substance to get a discussion going on something, but it is undermined by the way you go about it my friend.
If I recall previous threads, OP is early 30's.Is OP 12?

This one time last week a guy walked through Mogadishu without getting kidnapped or shot. I've thus concluded that the city is perfectly safe.

I read this using the voice of a toothless old hillbilly while glancing at your avatar. What can I say, it made me laugh. I will be so heartbroken if you ever change that thing. It's as if your avatar was made to speak that sentence, yet entirely serious.BoneSnapDeez wrote:This one time last week a guy walked through Mogadishu without getting kidnapped or shot. I still haven't figured out where Luke went. It's been over a month and I'm worried.jp1 wrote:I read this using the voice of a toothless old hillbilly while glancing at your avatar. you guys kid him, but the fact is the science isn't really in on climate change and what science there is was funded by environmentalists, liberals, and/or helped professors get cushy tenure jobs through shared peer agreement.
Common sense says feed the poor, don't pour money into "researching" an unpredictable and unprovable future.
I agree with you, OP. It still strangely DOES feel like fall in the fall, so fuck the haters.
