Nope. I grew up around drugs and alcohol and hate them both. Unfortunately, I have drank before, but it was during a very dark time in my life. Thought I was going to blow my brains out anyway, so... *glug glug glug*

:D Houston trip is only a week away! Gonna hit up Traders Village for the first time in over a year.

No drugs, no tobacco, and very little alcohol. Pretty much all I do is drink a little beer from time to time and that's just to be social. Hate the taste of Alcohol so about the only way I can actually stand a drink is if it's stuffed full of sugar otherwise it all tastes like piss to me :P.

The other issue is I'm a penny pincher and all my spare cash goes to game hunting  .

I only do one drug these days, and a shitload of it. It's caffeine.

Hi everyone, my name is jp1 and I'm an addict. Caffeine has taken over my life. I've hurt the people I love. I remember this one time coming back from a spinning class, I was exceptionally high on the Coke, I had done upwards of eighty OZs. Well, to make a long story short I just broke into a Carlton dance in the middle of the sidewalk and my arm slung too high and I smacked my best buddy right in the nose. I know I have a long road ahead of me, but I hope with your help and support that I can shake this demon. I'm still on step one so here I am admitting that I have a problem. Thank you for your time, support, and the doughnuts and coffee! The coffee is GREAT!!! One time I went to the local market and just loaded down on a shitload of brown Coke and coffee! You see I had these two for one coupons and....

Frown: SHITSHITSHIT! I just got an email this morning from my university saying that I still owe them $5000 this semester! I got exactly amount from my private loan as I was told, so I shouldn't have a penny left to pay. My parents aren't helping me with tuition anymore and I am freaking the fuck out right now. I still have just BARELY that much in savings, so I could pay it off right now, but then I'd be totally broke, and now is the worst possible time for that to happen. Oh my god, I'm crying, I can't deal with this...

Calm down. Check to see if all of your loans have been applied to your tuition first then see if you can set up a payment plan. If not talk to you schools financial aid office and see if there is anyway to get help. Then feel free to freak out.

Yea. Financial Aid offices are prone to mistakes. They might have not applied your loan correctly.

Before you freak out, I would ask your parents if you can get a loan through them.

payment plans are always available, especially if you're able to put a sizable chunk down. it will suck, but it's better than either getting kicked out of school or being broke as all hell.
